When you request a quote, contact us, subscribe or open a support ticket we collect the details you provide, such as your name, organisation, phone number, email address, location and information about your vehicles or assets. For clients using our tracking services, vehicle location and telematics data is processed to deliver the service.
How we use it
- To respond to enquiries and prepare quotations
- To install, operate and support our services
- To send service notices and, where you agree, insights and updates
- To meet legal, accounting and security obligations
Sharing
We do not sell personal data. We share it only with service providers who help us operate (for example hosting, SMS and email providers) and where required by law.
Retention and security
We keep data only as long as necessary for the purposes above and protect it with access controls, encryption in transit and regular backups.
Your rights
